Ikigai — the Japanese concept of “a reason for being” — offers a powerful framework for finding fulfillment and purpose in our lives. This interactive program guides participants to explore where their strengths, passions, values, and organizational needs intersect. Through reflective exercises, group discussions, and practical tools, they will gain clarity on what truly motivates them, how to align daily tasks with long-term meaning, and how to reignite a sense of purpose in their careers.
